Instruction for Mutation of Properties Falls within inside Notified Bazar Area

For mutation/transfer of property/plot located in Bazar Area, the applicant may submit application on prescribed notice U/S 73 of the Cantonments Act, 1924 and Rule-10 read with Rule-45 of Cantonment Land Administration Rules, 1973, obtained from Office of Cantonment Board Malir on usual cost, duly signed by Seller & purchaser/Attorney/Administrator as appointed by the Court (as the case may be) alongwith attested copies of following documents: -

DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR MUTATION ON PROPERTY ON SALE/GIFT

 

  1. Application on prescribed Mutation Form.
  2. Copy of Lease Deed on Schedule-VIII, X, IX-C etc duly attested by Notary Public.
  3. Sale Deed/ Conveyance Deed/ Indenture Deed / Gift Deed duly registered by Sub-Registrar concerned duly attested by Notary              Public .
  4. Second copy of registered Sale Deed/ Conveyance Deed/ Indenture Deed      /Gift Deed (in original).
  5. Copy of General Power/Sub-Power/Special Power attested by Notary Public, (If applicable/required)
  6. Valid CNIC Copies of both (seller & purchaser etc).
  7. Affidavit. (Specimen obtained from MCB Office)
  8. 02 x Press clippings in original inviting objections from general public.
  9. Current NDC (No Demand Certificate) issued from CBM

DOCUMENTS REQUIRE FOR MUTATION ON THE BASIS OF INHERITANCE

  1. Application on prescribed Mutation Form.
  2. Copy of Lease Deed on Schedule-VIII, X, IX-C etc duly attested by Notary Public.
  3. Copy of Limited Letter of Administration/Letter of Administration issued from Court of Law duly attested by Notary Public. 
  4. Heirship Certificate issued from Justice of Peace duly attested by Notary Public. 
  5. Death Certificate issued from NADRA duly attested from Notary Public. 
  6. CNIC Copies of all legal Heirs duly attested by Notary Public.
  7. FRC issued from NADRA duly attested by Notary Public.
  8. Current NDC (No Demand Certificate) issued from CBM.
  9. 02 x Press clippings in original inviting objections from general public.
  10. Affidavit. (Specimen obtained from MCB Office)

Note.

The above mentioned documents/information are pre-requisite & initial requirements, during scrutiny of record/title documents, if appears further documentary evidence/formalities/query is required, it will be inquired/demanded from the applicant.
After necessary scrutiny of title documents and other formalities, the case will be placed before the Board for approval. After approval of Board, mutation letter will be issued to applicant.
Without depositing outstanding dues of Property Tax, Water Charges, Lease Rent etc, no application/notice will be entertained.
